Tactical Medicine/Active Shooter Response (TMAS)

The TMAS course is an

 8-hour skills/scenario-based course 

designed to develop mindset and prepare Law Enforcement personnel to effectively respond to Active Shooter and Terrorist inspired events.  Students will receive comprehensive tactical and medical skills instruction along with realistic, multi-rep scenarios.

TMAS is a POST certified course (CCN #1512-23005) and is certified by the California Emergency Medical Service Authority (EMSA), as a Tactical Medicine/First Responder-Operator (FRO) course.

The TMAS course is presented at designated training sites and is also a traveling course and can be presented at a host agency training location.

CERT is a 5-hour course designed for Civilians and non-law enforcement School Resource Officers (SRO) working in, or in attendance, in Education, Business 

or in houses of worship.

CERT students are instructed in the proper elements of emergency response and preparedness, associated

with Active Shooters and other critical events.  It develops the proper mindset and mentality, utilizing the concepts of "Run, Hide, Fight" and "Stop the Bleed" to overcome an attack and provide life-saving emergency medical care to the injured.
