Check Out Our New Course: Emergency Preparedness & Response to Targeted Violence
The TMAS course is an
8-hour skills/scenario-based course
designed to develop mindset and prepare Law Enforcement personnel to effectively respond to Active Shooter and Terrorist inspired events. Students will receive comprehensive tactical and medical skills instruction along with realistic, multi-rep scenarios.
TMAS is a POST certified course (CCN #1512-23005) and is certified by the California Emergency Medical Service Authority (EMSA), as a Tactical Medicine/First Responder-Operator (FRO) course.
The TMAS course is presented at designated training sites and is also a traveling course and can be presented at a host agency training location.

Emergency Preparedness & Response to Targeted Violence is a free 7-hour scenario-based course, sponsored by the California Office of Emergency Services and the Central California Intelligence Center, designed for Civilians and School Safety Professionals working in Educational Services, and in Houses of Worship.
Students receive instruction in behavior and pre-threat indicators associated with Active Shooter and workplace violence threats. The course also includes the important response elements found in "Run, Hide, Fight" as well as lifesaving "Stop the Bleed" and emergency airway management care for injured victims.
